This song has the coolest synth intro which carries the torch throughout the tune. I have yet to hear this sound in any other song and I've heard a millions songs. Can anyone tell me what synth effect he has going on this and if I can find a sample of it for Live 9? It's not the organ part, it's the part that accompanies the organ that sounds so cool. It really kicks in at about the :28 mark.

Hey mate,

Sounds like a nicely generated saw wave or a nicely EQ'd saw wave which is obviously played on a keyboard with some expression controls. I've gone ahead and made this the best I can in about 8 minutes or so. You can grab the instrument rack here
